Proficiency in creating 3D visuals and a creative mindset to lead a team will be advantageous. • Meeting expectations of clients to fit out their dream homes
• Always be in touch with the latest design trends and high-end furnishings
• Securing commercial clients and meeting up to their project expectations

Responsibilities

• Meet and work closely with clients and the Team to ensure smooth workflow
• Preparation of full set presentation - including design concept, space planning for all layouts and selection of materials
• Preparation of design & detail drawings, and time schedule
• Coordination of site handover and monitor fitting-out progress

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or relevant courses will be considered
• OR, if you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential / commercial projects
• Proficiency in generating 3D computerized perspective visuals / presentation drawings / technical drawings
• Creative and ability to lead a team’s a strong bonus
