About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Consultant to lead solution design and delivery across cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure domains — with a core focus on Microsoft technologies. You will be working closely with our technology leadership team, including the CTO, while taking ownership of complex client projects and mentoring junior engineers. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong hands-on capabilities, who is comfortable engaging with clients, leading discussions, and shaping technical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Partner with the sales team to craft GTM strategies, solution proposals, and presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technology solutions.
- Conduct technical whiteboarding, solution architecting, and wireframing sessions.
- Deliver proof of concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate proposed architectures.
- Take ownership of the technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, technologists, and project managers to ensure timely and effective delivery of infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Lead system testing (performance, regression, penetration) and guide issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with structured root cause analysis.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Infocom Technology would be advantageous.
- 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity projects, with proven project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies: Azure AD, Intune, M365.
- Proficiency in virtualization platforms: VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is highly advantageous.
- Prior involvement in pre-sales, client workshops, or technical bid development is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing your own priorities with minimal oversight.
- Confident working under pressure and within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
