Job summary

A leading aerospace manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions at manufacturing and MRO sites. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality, mentor junior engineers, and manage complex projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, including project leadership in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of industrial engineering experience.
• Experience leading projects from concept to full implementation.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus.
