Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and execute HR strategies for one of our portfolios, which is a leading Regtech company in Asia. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development, and overall HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Strategic HR Planning & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement human capital strategies in alignment with business objectives, covering organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, talent mapping, and recruitment initiatives.
- Performance Management & Compensation Strategy: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute performance management frameworks, compensation structures, incentive mechanisms, and goal-setting processes to drive business success.
- Talent Development & Organizational Growth: Establish and implement talent identification frameworks, career development programs, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to nurture a high-performance workforce.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, enhance, and oversee the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and best practices.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by driving employer branding, corporate values, and engagement initiatives to enhance team cohesion, motivation, and external reputation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within dynamic and fast-paced industries.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management, with a proven ability to execute HR initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to support business operations across international teams.
- Prior experience with big Tech companies is highly prefered.
- Prior experience in HR management within Singapore or multinational environments is highly preferred.
- Experience in the Crypto/Web3 industry is a strong advantage.
- Location: Singapore (onsite role).
