Senior Human Resources & Admin Executive

Industry: Manufacturing / Oil & Gas Industry
Salary: $4800 - $5400
Working Day/hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Working Location: Alexandra

Job Description
  • Oversee full spectrum of human resource and administration functions.
  • Ensures that all human resource & administration activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provides the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
  • Provide advice and recommendation to the Management on HR related matters including employment law, statutory requirements, HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with Singapore labour law and company needs.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and provide guidance to managers on corrective actions.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, compensation & benefits administration, and HRMS updates.
  • Develop training plans, coordinate internal/external training, and track certification requirements.
  • Manage employee engagement programs, surveys, welfare initiatives, and company events.
  • Lead wellness, communication, and CSR activities to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Oversee general admin operations including office management, utilities, travel, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure proper document control and record-keeping for HR & Admin.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, statutory requirements, and ISO/ IMS standards (9001/14001/45001).
  • Liaise with local authorities/ statutory bodies related to HR functions and immigration matters.
  • Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance of the department.
  • To perform any other related matters and assignments as and when required.
Requirement
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labour law, HR best practices, and HRMS systems
  • Experience in engineering / construction / project-based companies is highly advantageous
  • High level of integrity drives and result oriented
  • A proactive, dynamic leader and team player with good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees and management
