Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner and HR Program Manager to join our dynamic Digital Green Fintech Group. This role will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist CHRO in designing and enhancing key HR frameworks and policies (e.g. Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Engagement).
  • Lead or co‑lead assigned HR strategic projects (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning) and ensure project delivery according to timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and help the HR team on HR governance documents (SOPs, guidelines, templates) and ensure consistent implementation across entities.
  • Act as a bridge between CHRO, business leaders, and regional HR teams to ensure HR programs are effectively executed.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to ensure delivery.
  • Track key HR KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to CHRO.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to COE or BP functions in a fast‑paced or multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑and‑result‑oriented mindset with high accountability.
