Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in employee/industrial relations.
  • Prior experience as an Industrial Relations Officer preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and dispute resolution frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end employment disputes including mediation and tribunal cases.
  • Serve as internal expert on Workplace Fairness Legislation.
  • Manage union relationships and collective bargaining processes.
