Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders.
  • Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and programs.
  • Oversee onboarding programs.
  • Analyze manpower data and prepare reports.
  • Support operational leaders with HR coaching and workforce planning.
  • Track and maintain manpower budgets and HR records.
