Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide guidance to junior executives, manage HR functions, and oversee daily operations. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide guidance and support to junior executives.
  2. Manage stakeholders across all levels, including conflict resolution and grievances handling.
  3. Assist the Asst. Manager, HR & Admin by effectively articulating assigned tasks and carrying them out with minimal supervision.
Other Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
  2. Streamline and improve workflow processes.
  3. Ensure familiarity with SOPs, policies, and workflow design and execution.
  4. Assist in payroll administration, audit preparation, and verification tasks.
  5. Oversee day-to-day operations, including administrative duties.
Job Requirements
  1. Min. 5 years' relevant HR experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions.
  2. Strong recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment across various levels.
  3. Proficiency in data handling, with a working knowledge of Info-Tech and Power BI preferred.
  4. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  5. Possesses leadership skills with experience managing a team of 3–5.
