A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the complete recruitment process, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and demonstrated experience in HR operations. Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, conducting performance evaluations, and organizing training sessions. This role is crucial for fostering a productive workplace environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Manage new-hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal systems.
Handle employee lifecycle documentation (appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, exits).
Assist in payroll inputs — attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, etc.
Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Conduct employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
Support initiatives that promote a healthy workplace environment.
Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
Assist in goal setting, appraisal tracking, and documentation.
Work with managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
Identify training needs by coordinating with department heads.
Organize internal/external training sessions or workshops.
Track training outcomes and maintain training records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies.
Handle statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) with compliance accuracy.
Manage resignation/termination processes, exit interviews, and documentation.
Coordinate with stakeholders for full & final settlement.
Analyse attrition trends and suggest improvements.
