Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a Management professional to oversee hospital projects, ensuring they meet cost, time, quality targets, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in multi-disciplinary projects and strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with healthcare construction projects is preferred. This role plays a crucial part in planning and executing innovative solutions in a post-COVID-19 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in a management role of multi-disciplinary fast-track projects and project teams.
• Prior experience in healthcare construction projects, operations or planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, secure MOH/NHG funding and approval for all major projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze construction costs.
• Communicate and manage all stakeholders affected by various projects.
• Identify risks and oversee risk management for existing operations.
• Plan and execute budget cash flow statements for capital and operating budgets.
