We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior General Manager, Cloud Services Consulting to lead our services-led cloud transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving growth across professional and managed services, developing cloud consulting offerings, and building a high-performing team to deliver client success. You will play a critical role in shaping our services GTM strategy, expanding customer engagements, and strengthening partnerships with vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the company’s cloud services consulting strategy, aligning with business goals to grow recurring services revenue and strengthen our market position
- Build and develop partnership, to drive the company’s vision, go-to-market strategy and revenues for the Company’s products and solutions globally and any other solutions business as assigned;
- Define target market segments and target customers;
- Identify key product and new application/solutions;
- Build a business plan to scale revenues to achieve revenue and profitability targets;
- Manage the day-to-day programs activities;
- Foster relationships with the other channel, alliance and technology partners to improve traction in revenues;
- Ensure the highest standards of integrity in all of the company’s business dealings with customers and partners;
- Hire & build a strong business development team to grow appropriate customer base & manage this as a business with effective business plans to ensure financial & operational goals are met, including driving the sales target;
- Ensure best practices in delivery, project governance, and resource management. Continuously improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and customer outcomes
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cloud consulting team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Establish clear KPIs and development paths for team member
Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in cloud services consulting, professional services, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic thinker with experience in scaling services businesses and building go-to-market plans.
- Experience in selling through value creation, with technology and solutions (cloud, data management and cyber security
- Ability to perform with little supervision and work independently and achieve result in high intensity environment
- Good problem solving & issue management skills
- Proven ability to develop business relationships and penetrating and growing business from existing/new accounts
- Must be highly motivated, have a passion for sales and proven sales success with the ability to drive revenue within accounts
- Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and executive communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree (in a relevant field) or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
