Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, GL, and monthly/year-end closing.
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports and rolling cash flow projections.
• Monitor project costing, progress claims, variations and billings.
• Ensure compliance with GST, IRAS, ACRA and BCA requirements.
• Prepare GST returns and statutory submissions.
