Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in finance operations, ideally in fast-scaling start-up or large SME.
• Proven hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation across multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, monthly closings, and consolidation across multiple countries.
• Prepare timely, accurate management reports and analyses.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance across all entities.
