A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting tasks. The role involves managing full sets of accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting internal audit exercises. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in a preschool or charity fund environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This position offers competitive salary within the range of SGD 3000 - 4500.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of financial accounting experience in preschool setting or charity fund accounting.
• Experience in managing full sets of accounts and reporting.
• Fluency in English for communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting functions.
• Manage and maintain full accounts including AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets.
• Perform month-end and year-end close, ensuring compliance with standards.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Financial accounting experience

Education

ACCA/CA / Diploma and above in Accountancy
