Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Staff who will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial operations. This position requires a versatile professional who can handle tax compliance, payment processing, bank account management, and financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or cosmetics/beauty industry, and be familiar with the unique financial challenges of businesses operating across e-commerce, B2B distribution, and marketing activities.

Role Description

• Tax Compliance
  • Prepare and file monthly tax reports
  • Coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants
• Payment & Cash Management
  • Process supplier payments, salaries, and operational expenses
  • Manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow
  • Ensure timely payment execution with proper documentation
• Bank Account Management
  • Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations
  • Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage online banking for payments and transfers
• Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
  • Reconcile sales data from e-commerce platforms and B2B channels
  • Support month-end closing and annual audits

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of finance/accounting experience
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations
• Familiar with finance system
• Proficient in accounting software
• Familiar with online banking and e-commerce platforms
