Title: Senior Executive, Warehouse

Location: Aero - 8 Changi North Way, SG

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operation in warehouse facility to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team with order processing, logistics management and assist in daily office and warehouse needs
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with production team, freight forwarders & clients (local/exports)
• Resolve any delivery / QC / shipment issues and provide good customer service to clients
• Ensure good practise on workplace safety is adhere to at all time
• Prepare reports for submission when require.
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
• Perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain management or related discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in supply chain management & Logistics
• Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude
• Motivated team player with a pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP and other ERP system (Training will be provided)
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
