A leading facilities management organization in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive for the Innovation and Sustainability Unit. You will develop and implement sustainability strategies, manage Green Mark certifications, and lead initiatives that promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Certified Singapore Energy Manager, you will drive performance monitoring and improvement across project sites to enhance sustainability outcomes.
SMM, our Integrated Facilities Management (iFM) business, manages complex portfolios and large‑scale assets with precision and care, supporting government agencies, commercial clients, and critical infrastructure.
As our Senior Executive for the Innovation and Sustainability Unit (ISU) within the SMM business, you will lead the sustainability strategies for the organization and iFM clients under your purview, including processing their Green Mark certifications. It involves managing utilities data, identifying improvement opportunities, and standardizing sustainability practices across project sites.
The role supports our organisation's iFM sustainability initiatives, tracks performance indicators, and drives Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) focused facilities management.
Develop and lead sustainability strategy including Green Mark certification/recertification for organization and clients.
Manage utilities (energy, electricity, water, waste, etc) benchmarking, analyze, identify opportunity and propose improvement for project sites.
Co‑lead company sustainability drive including as a member of sustainability task force.
Review common sustainability processes across project sites to unify the quality standard.
Monitor key indicators for sustainability performance for project sites and initiate improvement where needed.
Drive, promote and coordinate FM sustainability initiatives impacting ESG in facility management practices.
Promote digitization and technology adoption in sustainability practices.
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Green Mark
Preferably a Certified Singapore Energy Manager (SCEM)
