Participate in development, review and implementation of reward related programs and projects such as salary benchmarking and benefit review.
Participate in the annual salary review and incentive and other reward processes.
Manage and conduct market survey for assessing the company’s salary packages competitiveness.
Prepare compensation package proposals.
Review and update reward policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Effectively manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners to ensure maximum value of services is delivered.
Respond to business partner and team member queries on reward schemes.
Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Reward or related practices.
Experience in complex rewards projects across multiple businesses.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision‑making.
Good communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
