Job description

We are seeking a Senior Executive with strong experience in facilities-related procurement to manage end-to-end sourcing, tendering, RFQs, contract administration and compliance activities. The role will work closely with the Facilities and IT department to ensure cost-effective sourcing, strong vendor governance, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end tenders and RFQs for Facilities-related categories.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids and provide seamless support to key stakeholders from pre-tender to post tender.
  • Work with legal and risk department to ensure contracts comply with intenal policies, legal requirements and risk control.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and any new system implementation
  • Prepare procurement documentation and evidence for internal and external audits
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval matrices and governance requirements.
  • Work closely with Facilities, Administration, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to support operational requirements.
  • To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in Facilities Management or Corporate Services.
  • Proven experience managing tenders, RFQs, and contracts.
  • Hands-on experience supporting audit preparation and compliance
