The Senior Executive, Procurement, will support the Procurement Head in managing purchasing activities and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

DESIGNATION

Senior Executive, Procurement

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee procurement of goods and services, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and issuing purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define tender scopes and manage contracts, renewals, and licenses.
  • Lead and guide a team of buyers in preparing specifications, conducting competitive bids, and executing service agreements in line with procurement policies.
  • Manage supplier performance through pre- and post-award reviews.
  • Administer the e-procurement platform, maintain approval workflows, and track key performance indicators (spend, savings, and cost improvements).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of procurement experience, with strong vendor and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (e.g., TenderBoard, Sesami), including analytics and system updates.
  • Experience managing vendors/programmers for e-platform services and contract management.
  • Knowledge or experience in the Social Service sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
