Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product introduction and slow-moving item management; optimize product mix and price tiers to support one-stop procurement and customized customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor data; develop pricing strategies aligned with company gross margin targets; regularly update benchmarking and produce pricing reference lists
  • Monitor and optimize procurement costs through market surveys and supplier bidding to enhance price competitiveness
  • Plan and execute e-commerce mall promotions such as special offers and near-expiry campaigns; update promotional placements to improve product sell-through
  • Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure smooth product supply and sales alignment, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of product operations experience in the B2B fresh food industry, with strong knowledge of fresh product characteristics.
  • Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities; proficient in using data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
