Role Overview

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Executive/ Manager (Programmes and Community) will play a key role in managing EB Impact’s programmes and cultivating our vibrant community of beneficiaries and stakeholders. This role involves overseeing programme execution, coordinating with programme partners, and developing relationships within a community of youth leaders, social sector partners, and other changemakers. The manager will also support in tracking programme success and ensuring ongoing engagement with the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Management and Partnership Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement all of EB Impact programmes.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with programme partners, including corporations, foundations, and other non-profit organisations, to ensure alignment and collaborative success.
  • Manage programme timelines, logistics, content development, and delivery, ensuring that programme objectives are met and programme quality is upheld.
Community Management and Engagement
  • Build and manage EB Impact’s community of programme beneficiaries, including youths, seniors, and advocates, to foster a supportive and engaged network.
  • Organise and facilitate engagement activities (such as events, workshops, and forums) that connect the community, encourage knowledge sharing, and promote sustainability initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
  • Track programme performance metrics, gather and analyze feedback from programme participants and partners, and identify areas for improvement.;
  • Prepare and present programme reports, impact stories, and case studies that communicate EB Impact’s successes and learnings to funders, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop impact measurement frameworks that showcase the tangible results of EB Impact’s programmes and community initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Community Development, Business Management, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in programme coordination, community engagement, or project management, preferably within the non-profit, social impact, or sustainability sectors. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and translate sustainability concepts into accessible and relatable messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise programmes, events, or initiatives, including managing timelines, logistics, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with youths, seniors, sector partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, mission-driven team.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
