Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Grants Administration & Management (Harmony Fund)
  • Engage grant applicants to introduce grant objectives and respond to queries
  • Conduct end-to-end administration of grant applications supporting social cohesion, including:
    • Pre-award: Assess applications, evaluate proposals and budgets, liaise with applicants for clarifications
    • Post-award: Prepare enger letters of award and funding agreements, communicate outcomes, track project progress, review reports, verify expenditure, and process grant disbursements
  • Maintain grant registry, track application status and progress, and prepare grant-related reports
  • Assist in knowledge management and optimisation of grant processes
  • Support reviews of end-to-end grant management processes
2. Secretariat Support
  • Manage senior management calendars for committee meetings
  • Supportře meeting logistics, including attendance consolidation, room setup, refreshments, coordination with caterers, preparation of nameplates, and printing of materials
  • Assist with preparation of contracts or appointment letters
  • Liaise with relevant parties to obtain security clearance
3. Project Administration
  • Vet documents from other Ministries
  • Coordinate with external parties to gather inputs
4. Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in relevant fields such as Arts & Social Sciences, Humanities, Communications, Business Administration, or Arts/Heritage Administration
  • Minimum 1–2 years or 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Details:
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
