Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Employee Services to manage medical benefits administration for SingHealth HQ staff. In this role, you will oversee the accurate processing of medical bills for staff and their dependants, ensuring prompt payment settlement to service providers based on Statements of Accounts. You will conduct regular reviews of medical benefits policies to maintain their relevance and currency.

Responsibilities
  • Verify staff personal data updates in the SAP SuccessFactors system and maintain proper organisation of personnel files.
  • Oversee the accurate processing of medical bills for staff and their dependants, ensuring prompt payment settlement to service providers based on Statements of Accounts.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members on medical benefits matters as a team leader.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
