Job description

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. When operational, EGH will provide a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient clinical specialties and healthcare services covering emergency, acute and secondary care. You will join the team to support key organisational processes, including the corporate planning cycle, performance management and reporting, and enterprise risk management to enable EGH to meet its organizational goals and objectives. You will organise strategic planning sessions, as well as interactive forums to support the building of the organization through people and processes. You will also provide secretariat support for senior management meetings and undertake other assignments as required by the department.

An ideal candidate will have experience in planning or organising activities. He/she possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with some relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with data analysis and presentation software would be an advantage
  • Proficient in basic design software such as Canva would be advantageous
  • Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
