Job summary

A healthcare staffing company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide secretariat support for clinical quality committees. Overview

Provide secretariat support for clinical quality committees / workgroups (meetings, minutes, coordination). Support quality assurance, patient safety, continuous improvement & risk management initiatives. Plan and drive Quality Improvement (QI) projects. Prepare reports, data analysis, and governance documentation. Liaise with doctors, nurses, allied health & admin stakeholders. Support hospital licensing, internal audits, incident management & clinical quality records review. Any other duties assigned by Manager / HOD.

Requirements
  • Min. Degree in Life/Pharma Sciences, Healthcare Admin/Management, Biomedical Eng, Pharmacy, Nursing, OT/Physio/Speech Therapy
  • Min. 3–4 years healthcare experience
  • Advantage if familiar with JCI / LEAN / Six Sigma / RCA / PDCA / Risk Management
  • Good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous, strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and write reports/minutes well
  • Passion for quality, patient safety & ethics
