Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience providing full secretarial support to senior leaders and teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to MD.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks.
  • Oversee full diary management including scheduling.
  • Schedule and coordinate various meetings and calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel.
  • Complete and submit claims for expenses.
  • Order and manage stationery and office supplies.
