Alpha Integrated REIT Management Pte. Ltd. is a wholly owned entity and the internalised manager of SGX-listed Alpha Integrated REIT.

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager, Leasing for the Leasing Team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospective tenants, acting as the primary point of contact for leasing matters
  • Develop a deep understanding of tenants’ current and future space requirements, business plans, and decision-making processes
  • Lead lease negotiations for renewals, expansions, and consolidations to optimise occupancy and rental returns
  • Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities, including cross-selling space solutions to tenants and their business partners
  • Act as a brand influencer by shaping positive tenant experiences and reinforcing the REIT’s market positioning
  • Conduct periodic tenant surveys (formal and informal), consolidate feedback, and work with Asset Management to implement improvement initiatives
  • Conduct regular building inspections from a tenant’s perspective and coordinate with Property and Asset Management teams to ensure maintenance standards align with asset positioning.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management to prepare leasing budgets, plan for renewals and expansions, and execute leasing strategies that achieve target occupancy, retention, and minimal vacancy downtime
Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. A registered CEA Real Estate Salesperson is preferred
  • At least 3 years of leasing experience, preferably within a Singapore REIT, property developer, or real estate consultancy
  • Strong leasing and marketing skills with good knowledge of the Singapore property market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build and sustain tenant relationships
  • Professional, proactive, and self‑motivated, with an ownership mindset and focus on delivering quality outcomes
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
