We're seeking a dynamic Executive to join our Allied Health Operations team in the Laboratory department. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas while contributing to exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do:
Administrative Excellence & Procurement Leadership

Work alongside our Associate Executive to master essential administrative and procurement processes. You'll take the lead on capital and operating expenditure procurement initiatives, gaining valuable experience in budget development and financial planning while collaborating with diverse teams including Finance, IT, clinical and operational departments.

Operations Management and Support

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clinicians, laboratory team members and department heads to design patient-focused lab services and enhance operational workflows.

Quality Improvement & Data Analysis

Participate in exciting quality improvement projects and LEAN initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes. You'll gain hands‑on experience in business data analysis, creating reports on test volumes, turnaround times, and financial performance metrics that drive strategic decision‑making.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Build your professional network by liaising with multiple departments, managing vendor relationships, and supporting regulatory audits. You'll contribute to business continuity planning and hospital‑wide initiatives, giving you broad exposure to healthcare operations.

Financial Operations

Develop expertise in healthcare billing by managing referral laboratory billing, resolving discrepancies, processing amendments, and preparing monthly statistical costing reports. This experience will give you valuable insights into healthcare finance.
