  • Control labour cost and support company profit plan.
  • Handle staff salary or complaint issues properly.
  • Approve staff lists, cash requests, and other reports.
  • Train and assess trainers and team leaders.
  • Give suggestions to improve operations and service.
  • Do any other task given by management.
