Qualifications

• Proficiency in security vulnerability tracking and hardware fixes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wireless site surveys and generate Heat Maps.
• Perform troubleshooting using network tools like Cable testers.
• Provide escalation support for Cisco/Alcatel issues.
