Job Description (Staff Nurse & Enrolled Nurse)

• Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and report changes promptly
• Record vital signs and provide appropriate nursing care, including wound care and medication administration
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment procedures and health management
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and clinical standards
• Support junior staff and assist across various clinical departments as needed
