Job Description & Requirements
1. Design & Technical Engineering
  • Prepare and review electrical designs, drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.
  • Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and engineering analysis.
  • Ensure all designs comply with SS, SP/EMA, and project requirements.
2. Project Execution & Supervision
  • Oversee electrical installation works and ensure compliance with safety and approved drawings.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, LEW, and subcontractors.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
3. Testing & Commissioning
  • Lead testing and commissioning of electrical and telecom systems.
  • Verify test reports and ensure systems meet design and regulatory standards.
4. Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessments, reports, and as-built documents.
  • Ensure compliance with WSH, EMA, SP Group, and building regulations.
  • Support LEW submissions when required.
5. Procurement & Material Review
  • Evaluate vendor quotations, materials, and equipment.
  • Recommend suitable materials and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
6. Team Leadership
  • Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Provide technical support and assist in project planning and resource allocation.
7. Troubleshooting & Support
  • Investigate electrical faults and system issues.
  • Provide solutions and conduct root‑cause analysis.
8. Professional Work Ethics
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive leader, team player, and results‑oriented professional.
Telecom & ICT Responsibilities (If Applicable)
1. Fiber Optic & Network Works
  • Oversee fiber optic installation, splicing, termination, and testing.
  • Conduct site surveys and verify DB loss, cabling, and containment works.
2. RF, LTE, 5G, and DAS Works
  • Support design and installation of DAS, antennas, RF cables, and related CME works.
  • Conduct indoor walk tests and prepare ATP reports (e.g., using Nemo).
  • Preferably with iBwave Level 1 and RF optimization experience.
3. Telecom Equipment Integration
  • Assist in commissioning and integration of routers, basebands, RBS, and multivendor systems.
