Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced/senior Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic and growing clinical team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality psycho‑educational assessments, tailored intervention planning and consultation services. You will work closely with families, educators and the multidisciplinary team to support clients’ learning needs, developmental progress and socio‑emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho‑educational assessments for children and adolescents, including cognitive, academic, neurodiversity‑related and special education needs evaluations.
  • Interpret assessment results and generate clear, evidence‑based reports with actionable recommendations for parents, schools and other stakeholders.
  • Provide consultation and feedback to families, educators and allied professionals to inform educational planning and classroom support.
  • Develop and guide individualised intervention strategies, including educational accommodations, learning support plans and recommendations for specialised services.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians (psychologists, speech therapists and counsellors) to address complex developmental and learning needs.
  • Deliver workshops or training sessions for parents and professionals on topics related to learning differences, special needs support, and developmental psychology.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, adhere to ethical standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement of assessment practices.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology with educational focus, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in psycho‑educational assessment, intervention planning, and consultation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing learning disorders, neurodevelopmental differences (e.g., ADHD, ASD), and school‑related challenges.
  • Strong report‑writing and communication skills, with ability to translate complex assessment findings for diverse audiences.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • Experience working within clinical, educational, or child‑focused settings.
  • Experience in delivering professional training or parent/teacher workshops.
