Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce activities across various online platforms
  • Support and guide the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to maintain a seamless customer experience
Product Listings & Campaigns
  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across online marketplaces
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns in line with marketing strategies
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements to increase visibility and sales
Reporting & Coordination
  • Track and analyse sales data to prepare regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams on inventory, marketing, and operations planning
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and overall performance
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
