Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead a specialized sales team. In this role, you will indirectly manage field sales executives and drive business improvement by building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have over 12 years of sales experience, including 4 years in a managerial capacity, alongside the ability to inspire a diverse team. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience and 4+ years of managerial experience.
• Ability to drive training and developing plans for the organization.
• High level understanding of customer/industry climate.
• Moderate level of solutions and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Indirectly manage field-based individual contributors.
