A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an end-user desktop support role. Responsibilities include providing troubleshooting services, managing IT support requests, and conducting system imaging. Candidates should have at least a Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology. This position offers a contract duration of 1 year, renewable, with a salary of up to $4,800 depending on qualifications and experience. Office hours are Monday to Friday.

Salary: Up to $4,800 Basic Salary (Depending on Highest Qualification & Relevant Experience)
Bonus: Performance Bonus
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract, Renewable
Work Day & Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Responsibilities:
Provided end-user desktop support and troubleshooting services
Managed incoming support requests, prioritized and documented issues, and resolved incidents or escalated them as needed to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
Conducted system imaging and re-imaging of workstations
Maintained accurate records of IT assets and inventory
Coordinated technical escalations with third-party vendors or specialized support teams when required
Updated and maintained incident and support logs
Requirements:
Minimally Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology
