Hiring Senior Dental Assistant cum Dental Receptionist

• We’re a progressive dental clinic that blends technology with compassionate care. We’re looking for a versatile team member who can seamlessly switch between welcoming patients at the front desk and assisting the dentist chairside during clinical hours.

Job Scopes:

1) Reception Duties (when no clinical session):

• Appointment Coordination & Patient Management
• Administrative Support
• Upkeep of the clinic's cleanliness

2) Dental Assisting Duties (when clinical session is active):

• Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures, ensuring that all instruments and materials are adequately prepared and ready before each appointment
• Responsible for adhering to infection control protocols, including the cleaning, sterilization, sorting, and proper packing of dental instruments and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a private dental setting
• Able to work long-standing hours from dental assisting (dental assistant chair will be provided)
• Able to work over the weekends (5.5 day work week with 44 total working hours, not require to work on PH)
• Looking for committed candidates with a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
• Able to travel and work between outlets at Yishun & Fernvale
• Require to commit to at least a 1-year contract
