Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact analysis for system changes, assessing their effects on upstream and downstream processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy programs, shell batch scripts, and complex MSSQL and T-SQL scripts, including packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers, while adhering to organizational coding standards and best practices.
• Utilize programming methodologies, document technical processes, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Deliver projects and enhancements in compliance with organizational SDLC processes by preparing and updating SDLC documentation, such as functional and technical specifications, test plans, test cases, release procedures, operational guides, and user manuals.
• Participate in design and code reviews, incorporating security and data flow requirements, and ensuring alignment with architectural specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform regular maintenance tasks, and provide ad-hoc IT support, including data management and user inquiries.
• Ensure system stability, quality, and efficiency by managing the operating environment, identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating deployments, and addressing risks or issues promptly.
