A leading property management company in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Representative to enhance shoppers’ experiences. You will provide concierge services, respond to customer queries, and assist with loyalty programmes. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in retail or hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and be flexible with working hours. This role includes working a 6-day week with rotating shifts.
