Job summary

A leading property management company in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Representative to enhance shoppers’ experiences. You will provide concierge services, respond to customer queries, and assist with loyalty programmes. This role includes working a 6-day week with rotating shifts.

The Role

This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers’ experiences through good customer service at assigned property.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing mall concierge services.
• Attending to shoppers’ queries in a professional manner.
• Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.
• Attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipuated timeframe.
• Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.
• Conduct service, grooming and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service Counters

• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 2 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
