About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Customer Service Executive to join our team at Centennial Business Suites' dynamic hospitality and coworking business. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Suntec City or Orchard Road office, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our guests across our Suntec City or Orchard locations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Delivering exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  2. Handling guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  3. Providing concierge services, including making recommendations and assisting with local information and bookings
  4. Maintaining detailed records of guest interactions and resolving any issues promptly
  5. Assisting with the coordination of events, meetings, and other hospitality services as required
  6. Promoting and up-selling our range of tenant services
  7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a consistently high level of service
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds
