DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Customer Service team to achieve higher standard of service to all customers.
- Serving needs of all existing customers.
- Pre-sales role prospecting, presenting and closing deals.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Perform and report on sales performance analytics.
- Propose innovative solutions and ideas to increase sales and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support to customers.
- Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- Pleasant and customer service oriented.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.
- Experienced in SAP will be an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and good follow-up skills.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
