The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the corporate secretarial field, strong organizational skills, and is capable of handling high-pressure situations. Duties include onboarding clients, drafting meeting minutes, and liaising with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters
- Onboard new clients in accordance with policies and procedures
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
- Attending and drafting of minutes of general meeting, board and board committee meetings
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement:
- Relevant experience in corporate secretarial field
- Conscientious and meticulous, good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure
- Proactive and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in dynamic corporate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant regulations
- Relevant experience in handling listed companies assignments is preferred
