Job summary

A corporate management firm located in Singapore is seeking a qualified corporate secretary with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, preparing resolutions and documents, and advising clients on corporate matters. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in business or equivalent secretarial qualifications. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Bizfile+ and BGL software are preferred. Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining statutory records, including but not limited to Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Secretaries and Managers, Register of Directors Interest and Shareholdings, Register of Substantial Shareholders and Minutes Book
  • Preparation and review of resolutions/statutory documents
  • Ensure all documents prepared comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities and Companies Act, Cap. 50
  • Ensure timely and accurate lodgment/submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities.
  • Supervise junior staff and assist the Manager with various client portfolio (Singapore and International Companies)
  • Advising clients on corporate secretarial issues
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma holder in business or equivalent secretarial qualifications
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice
  • Conversant with handling general corporate secretarial matters
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Bizfile+, prior experience with BGL software is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and able to execute work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Has initiative and able to anticipate and plan workload
