Job summary

A leading energy and procurement firm in Singapore seeks a Contract Manager with at least 8 years of relevant experience in contract and commercial roles. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and knowledge of engineering procurement contracts, particularly in the offshore oil and gas industry. A Bachelor's degree in Law or Quantity Surveying is required, with further qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in contracts or commercial roles.
• Knowledge of technical and commercial disciplines in EPC projects.
• Experience in negotiations and contract drafting.

Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain logs and files for easy access.
• Manage prequalification and RFQs for high-risk contracts.
• Lead negotiations for low to medium-risk contracts.
