Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead and guide the quantity surveying team. The candidate will negotiate with subcontractors, manage project budgets, and oversee contract administration. A degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, along with at least 8 years of relevant experience, is required. Strong planning and organizational skills, along with leadership capabilities, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction project administration.
• Experience with Singapore A1 Main Contractors and HDB BTO projects is an advantage.
• Able to lead a group of quantity surveyors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and monitor their performance.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow.
• Draft contractual correspondence and finalize accounts.
