A leading airport management company in Singapore seeks an experienced contract manager to join their Development Contracts and Cost Control team. You will oversee cost management and administration for the future Terminal 5 at Changi Airport. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience in managing contracts related to airport systems. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for resolving issues with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing contracts of electrical and mechanical systems for buildings.
• Experience in automated people mover systems or baggage handling systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management functions and contract administration for Changi East.
• Involved in budgeting, cost estimating, and preparation of tender documents.
• Provide Project Officers with contractual support to resolve issues with stakeholders.
