Work with regional teams in China, Japan, and other international locations.
Travel as required for client meetings, demos, and presales engagements.
Present product and project offerings to customers to drive sales opportunities.
Work with internal teams to create and agree on detailed project plans.
Anticipate potential challenges and communicate assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal resources, third parties, and vendors for project execution.
Support market research activities planned by the sales department.
Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.
Manage issues with timely escalation and clear communication.
Ensure regulatory or compliance-related projects undergo proper testing and documentation.
Suggest innovative ideas to improve processes, services, and product offerings.
Prepare management reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Qlik tools.
Use project management tools such as NIKU / Clarity for planning and tracking.
