• Handle communications between Global Compliance and entities
• Prepare presentations and explanations and status reports of current compliance activities
• Support compliance meetings and discussions
• Minute taking of meetings
• Support investigation proceedings
• Support follow up of countermeasures and action plans with stakeholders
• Administrative support for compliance areas

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business/Legal with at least 3-5 years of audit/compliance experience
• Strong understanding of personal data protection laws, regulations, principles and best practices in the region
• Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
• Clear thinker, pay attention to details , adaptable to new software and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently and high level of integrity
• 5 days week, Tg Pagar MNC
